Quarter Dome Safety Mirrors

CORNER DOME LENS:
Quarter dome mirrors are made to fit into a corner between two intersecting
pathways. They have a 1/4" to 3/4"
flange around the edge depending on the size of dome. There are
slight variations in the round (convex) shape but generally they are
the same. If you need exact specifications please contact sales and support.
Corner Dome Backing
- 1) Lens Only
- No Backing - Less rigidity. For inside use only.
- 2) Foam Lined
- No Backing - Lens is coated in foam for rigidity. For inside use only.
- 3) Hard-Board
- Masonite Board - For inside or covered & protected outside use.
- 4) Galvanized Steel
- Non-porous surface for high interior humidity applications.
- 5) Abs Plastic
- Black plastic back. More rigidity than lens only. Non-Porous surface.
Corner Dome Mounts
- 1) Flange Mount
- Screwed into ceiling through holes in the flange.
- 2) Drop Ceiling Clip Mount
- Clips onto drop ceiling tile dividers.
- 3) Spring Mount
- Springs hold mirror onto two hooks screwed into mounting surface.
- 4) Chain/Wire Mount
- Comes with Loops on edge of mirror that can screwed to a wall or used to attach chain or wire to suspend mirror.

of the Drop Ceiling Clip Mount. The Mirror is mounted by
pressing the clip mount (seen in the picture) onto the steel boarder
edge rail running along the wall in a typical Drop-Ceiling
installation. There is a screw hole in the front (center) of the
flange where a screw can be used to secure the mirror to the
drop ceiling tile thus avoiding a gap between the ceiling tile
and the top front of the mirror. Using a screw in that location
also provides extra security in preventing the clips from
pulling away from the wall if bumped. |
